Referral Program
Help us connect with new clients and earn as a thank you! For every successful project referral, you’ll receive a 1% commission based on the total value of the products (e.g., precast panels) supplied (installation costs excluded).
Guidelines:
- Open to everyone — no registration or purchase required.
- No minimum contract amount needed to qualify for rewards.
- For large or continuous projects, the 1% commission will apply only to the first transaction. To earn on subsequent transactions within the same project, you must actively assist our sales personnel during follow-ups and negotiations.
- Commissions are released once the project’s payment milestones are met and collected.
Limited Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our products. We offer the original purchaser a one (1) month inspection period from the date of delivery or installation completion (whichever is applicable) to report any latent defects directly attributable to the manufacturing of the products.
Upon proper notification within the inspection period, Lean Construction Solutions will, at its sole discretion, repair, replace, or provide suitable remedies for defective products, provided all terms and conditions of this warranty are met.
Exclusions and Limitations
Installation-Related Exclusions
The warranty is void if installation was not conducted according to the prescribed installation guidelines or if non-approved accessories, tools, consumables, etc. were used. Any installation errors or deviations invalidate the warranty.
External Damage Exclusions
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from, but are not limited to, the following:
- Handling errors, mishandling, or improper storage after delivery.
- Impact from furniture, heavy equipment, or other external objects.
- Exposure to chemical agents, abrasive particles (e.g., sand, debris), or natural disasters.
- Structural movement or settlement of the building substrate.
Water and Moisture Damage
We shall not be liable for defects arising from water damage, flooding, plumbing leaks, or excessive moisture exposure unless explicitly covered by a separate project-specific agreement.
Appearance and Aesthetic Variations
Superficial surface imperfections, color variations, hairline cracks, and other aesthetic concerns inherent to cementitious products are not covered under warranty. Products must be inspected prior to installation, as installation constitutes full acceptance.
Non-Transferability
This warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser and is non-transferable to subsequent property owners or third parties.
Commercial Applications
For commercial installations, the scope and duration of warranty coverage will be subject to separate terms as outlined in the project agreement. Please consult Lean Construction Solutions for clarification prior to procurement.
Supply-Only Purchases
Products purchased without installation services from Lean Construction Solutions are covered solely for manufacturing defects at the time of delivery. Installation quality and resulting performance are the responsibility of the purchaser or their contractor.
Maintenance and Care Requirements
To maintain warranty coverage, our products must be handled, installed, and maintained in accordance with Lean Construction Solutions’ official guidelines. Neglect, misuse, unauthorized repairs, or the use of unapproved construction techniques will void the warranty.
Customer Support and Claims Process
If any issue arises, clients must notify Lean Construction Solutions in writing within the inspection period. We reserve the right to inspect and verify claims before determining remedies. Costs associated with removal, reinstallation, or access to defective products may be borne by the client unless expressly stated otherwise in the installation contract.
