Lightweight Precast Concrete Panels
The cost of our panels and installation services can vary based on several factors, such as project size, total area, site conditions, and logistics. To get the most accurate and cost-effective solution for your project, we encourage you to reach out to our Sales Team for a personalized quotation.
Our panels are proudly manufactured in key locations across the Philippines — Luzon (Laguna), Visayas (Cebu), and Mindanao (Davao). This strategic presence allows us to meet your supply chain needs efficiently, ensuring timely deliveries and optimized costs wherever your project is located.
On a per square meter (sqm) basis, traditional CHB and AAC blocks are initially less expensive in terms of material cost. However, when factoring in savings from faster installation, reduced labor and consumable expenses, logistics efficiencies, and shorter project timelines, our Lightweight Precast Concrete Panels deliver greater overall value.
Our panels are accredited under AITECH (Accreditation of Innovative Technologies for Housing) by the DHSUD (Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development) — a testament to their cost-effectiveness and quality. Thus, they are a catalyst for more affordable, durable housing solutions.
Unlike traditional block construction, which typically requires lintel beams every 3.0 meters in height and stiffener columns every 3.0 meters in width, our system only requires lintel beams every 3.6 meters in height and stiffener columns every 5.0 meters in width. In some site conditions, control joints may even be used in place of stiffener columns. These enhancements significantly contribute to project cost savings.
Our panels are produced in standard dimensions of 0.61 meters (W) x 2.44 meters (L), available in varying thicknesses. For custom sizing, panels can be easily cut using a grinder or speed cutter to suit your specific project requirements.
Yes, our panels are both fire- and sound-resistant. They can withstand temperatures of up to 1000℃ for four (4) hours and help reduce sound transmission by approximately 40–51 decibels.
To validate these performance standards, our panels have been tested and certified by SGS, a globally recognized certification body.
Before skimcoat application, key consumables include dowels, tile adhesive, epoxy, and silica sand. For seismic gaps, backer rods and sealants are required.
While we provide tested and recommended brands based on past projects, you are free to propose alternative brands. Our team can evaluate and test them for compatibility upon request.
Absolutely! We even encourage the use of your in-house team. We offer training sessions (at your expense) to ensure proper installation techniques are followed. Upon completion, we issue certificates to your team members to formally recognize their training.
Yes, our panels can be used for external applications up to three (3) floors, with due consideration for seismic and wind load requirements. For projects exceeding three floors, please consult our technical team for a customized assessment.
We have no minimum order quantity (MOQ). Whether your project is large-scale or small-scale, we are ready to support your needs.
